• All products/services are provided as per signed OEM/enterprise contracts or written agreement.
• Technical specs, manuals, firmware and documentation are proprietary and cannot be redistributed without permission.
• Device usage must comply with applicable local/state/national transport and safety regulations.
• Website and cloud platform access subject to uptime/service-level agreement and security guidelines.
• Dispute resolution governed by Bihar jurisdiction, India.
